LANDesk® Instant Support Suite 2.0 (Standard and Pro Editions):
Product Availability and Support Life Cycle Notice
On September 22, 2005, LANDesk announced the end of life
of LANDesk® Instant Support Suite 2.0. In accordance with
LANDesk Product Availability and Support Policy Timelines,
this notice serves as a reminder for continued product availability
and support life cycle for LANDesk Instant Support Suite products.
Purchase availability and product support for LANDesk Instant
Support Suite will continue as follows:
- LANDesk® Instant Support Suite 2.0 is no longer available
for purchase starting September 22, 2005.
- Full support for LANDesk Instant Support Suite 2.0, including
correspondence via phone, chat, e-mail and regularly monitored
forums, will continue through October 2006.
- Web-based support for LANDesk Instant Support Suite 2.0,
including knowledge base, available hot patches and past
forum content will continue through October 2007.
- All product support for LANDesk Instant Support Suite
2.0 will end November 1, 2007
